Introducing our guinea pig family:

Hello! We are Opal, Onyx and Aurosa! We are sisters and could be adopted separately but would love to stay together. Opal is primarily white, Onyx is mainly black and Aurosa is a reddish-brown agouti with a thin white band. We are all Abyssinian females who are gentle and shy, but we warm up once we get to know you. Look at the darling rosettes on their fur! Each has a unique pattern (just like human fingerprints). We are all playful and very sweet! Don't mind our eyes in some of the photos--Mom was using the flash when she took the picture, trying to capture the full beauty of our coats!

Hello! My name is Kashmir and I am a lively female crested American Guinea Pig. My sister's name is Mink and she is also up for adoption. We have lots of friends and can be adopted separately. I have three colors--did you catch the saffron splashes mixed in with the buff color on my face? I can be quite bossy but am also very friendly. I respect dominance of older sows so no need to worry if you have an older companion for me! I will settle in just fine, even if I try to be in charge first. I can be excitable until I get used to my humans and new surroundings. I am three months old.

Pleased to meet you! My name is Tyrion and I am a fun and energetic male American Guinea Pig. I am particularly striking because of my gorgeous coat, a silky back with spots of blonde. I am sweet and am good at popcorning, especially when I see veggies coming my way! When I see someone I know, I like to stretch up my habitat wall and get a nose boop! I am eight months old and play well with other boars.

I'm so glad to meet you! My name is Timmy and as you can see, I am a gorgeous tri-color male American Guinea Pig. I can be skittish but am very calm and sweet. I have my dad's disposition and he is extremely friendly! My humans say I have an especially sweet squeak. I love to be cuddled. I am a good friend for another male, especially one that is older or bigger than me. I like to explore but will respect the dominance of another boar. I am three months old.

Hello! Our names are Cotton and Chiffon. We are sisters and are female Abyssinians. We are very shy, but most Absynnians are until we really get to know you, then we'll be as playful and loving as can be! We can be adopted together or separately since we live in a herd of sows and are all friends. We got our names because we are so soft and cuddly, but it is hard to tell us apart! We can be bossy but respect older sows and are good companions with all of our friends. Our plumpness makes it hard to stop giving us cuddles! Our favorite treat is cucumbers but we also like lettuce and spinach. We will make great additions to your family! We are seven months old.

ADOPTION FEE: $50 each

Well, hello hello! Our names are Merry and Pippin. We are brothers and are male Abyssinians. We are named after the friendly, lovable and mischievous hobbit duo who are best friends (and because our sanctuary family has some hardcore LOTR nerds!) We are extremely playful and are so amiable that sometimes we don't even like to use a hidey--we just like to lay and nap in the open, showing how comfortable we are with humans. Like all Abyssinians we have gorgeous rosettes that make us look like we're always celebrating wacky hair day, but that is part of our charm. We live in a group of boars and get along with everyone, but we want to be adopted together because we are brothers. We are eight months old and by the time boars reach six months, they may stop tolerating their own brothers, but that is not the case with us. We are best friends!

ADOPTION FEE: $100

It's great to meet you! Our names are Sandor (top row) and Hodor (bottom row). Yep, our sanctuary family also loves Game of Thrones, and we're named after two of our mom's favorite characters. We are brothers and are male American guinea pigs. Our hair is a bit longer than typical American guinea pigs, but we are not silkies and don't require trimming so we're an easy set to take care of! We have beautiful coats that are a mix of light brown and blonde. We live with other boars and are really energetic and entertaining, until we determine it's nap time and then we like our rest. We love all kinds of vegetables and also like to stretch up our habitat wall to take veggies right from our mom's hand. We are eight months old and are extremely friendly and sweet!
